Shamrock – March 27th

Come one, Come all!!

St. Patrick School’s
Open House, Art & Science Fair
Thursday, March 2

This is a day when your child’s artwork is on display and
there will be science projects galore from our
6th, 7th and 8thgrade students.
Please plan to come a little early so that you can
see the classrooms, too! The classrooms will be open
from 5:45 to 6:30 and the gym is open from 6:15 to 7:15.
This is a great opportunity for our kids to show all of their hard work and creativity, all in one spot!
This event is mandatory for all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.

Tri Tip Sandwiches & Delicious Desserts
will be available for you to buy at the
Open House, Art & Science Fair!
This is a fundraiser for next
year’s Washington, DC trip
that our Jr. High students will have
an opportunity to take part in!

TALENT SHOW DVD’s  Can be ordered by filling out an order form available in the school office. DVD’s cost $20.00. Get one so you can watch your favorite acts whenever you want!

CONSTRUCTION ON W. BRANCH ST. is scheduled to begin on March 16. The SoCal Gas Co. will be testing their pipeline and will have workers and equipment in the dirt lot that belongs to the City of Arroyo Grande. This is the dirt lot many of you park in. The area that they need in the lot will be fenced off and will not be accessible. Please make sure that you do not park near the construction fence during this process. Workers will be on site from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for approximately 7 to 8 weeks. Their representatives have met with school administration and will keep us up to date on the progress. Be prepared for traffic delays on W. Branch Street!

ROBOTICS TEAM  join the team!  We are looking for kids IN Gr. 6-8 that are not afraid to think out of the box, work as a team, devise solutions to an everyday problem, program a robot, and of course play with legos.  If that sounds interesting, our First Lego League robotic teams are perfect for you.  We are currently forming our after school competitive teams.  If your child is entering 6-8 grade next year, and has the commitment and dedication to this “sport”, please contact Ami Ayala for further information. or call 805-459-3691
